Overview

This update introduces new configuration settings, modifies critical hit chance parameters for mobs/raids, updates skill mechanics, and revises mana costs for specific weapons. These changes will be implemented following the next server restart.

Detailed Changes

• Configuration Update: Introduced a new modification to the configuration.
• Hex Min Chance Adjustment:
  • For mobs/raids: Minimum hex chance set to 20%.
  • For PvP: Minimum hex chance remains at 10%.
• Skill Modification:
  • Hail of Daggers: Altered to eliminate the need for a target.
• Mana Cost Revision:
  • Adjusted mana costs for selected bows.
